We want you to be happy with your purchase and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. Please read the details below so you know exactly how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the order date. Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items may not be ineligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. If an item is not eligible, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a free replacement. If the issue is due to selecting the wrong size, color, or variation, a replacement may still be available, but the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost.
How to Start a Return or Replacement

Our support team will review your request and provide next steps, including the return address if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 2–4 business days after approval, though banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes
